Most of this site is for people who live here. What the association is doing, what it costs, the documents, the meeting notes and what owners are telling each other sits behind a password.
That is a deliberate change. This is a conversation among the people who own and live in St. James's Village, and it should not be the first thing a search engine hands to someone with no connection to the place.
