Give your name, your address here and your email. If two of the three match our records, the password appears on the next screen.

As it appears on the deed or in the community roster.

Checked against the roster as a one-way hash. It is not stored, and no email is sent.

What happens to what you type. Nothing. The three details are checked in memory against the Washoe County parcel list and the community roster, the answer is shown on screen, and none of it is written down. There is no account and no email.

If it does not match. Most often the roster is simply out of date, which catches anyone who bought recently. Ask a neighbour, they have the password. Or tell us and someone will check by hand.
