Before you start a project
- Read the relevant section.
- Submit to the ALC before work begins - retroactive approval is discretionary and the fee is the same.
- Get the approval in writing and keep it. Approvals are what protect you when a rule is “interpreted” later.
If you have a question about a specific section, ask in the WhatsApp group - someone has probably been through it.
