What the rules say
These are operating-budget contracts. Owners are entitled to the budget line items and the contracts on request (NRS 116.31175).
What you can do
- Request the snow and landscaping contracts and the last two years of invoices.
- Ask at owner comment what the service standard in the contract is (e.g., plow trigger depth, response time).
